Payment Policy
- A 50% down payment is required upon reservation to confirm your booking.
- We will hold your tentative reservation for a maximum of 24 hours.
- Reservations without the required down payment within the 24-hour holding period will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
- Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
- Strictly no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, full amount of the booked accommodation will still be charged.
- Requests for modifications to the reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the new dates and prevailing rates. Please contact the resort as soon as possible to inquire about modifications.
