PayPal payment doesn't go through?
If you have a problem with your PayPal payment, try the following steps:
- Contact PayPal support and find out why your payment was rejected. Sometimes, the system doesn't process large amounts of money.
- If PayPal claims that the problem isn't their fault, make a test payment for 1-2 dollars/euros to see if it works.
- A payment for a small amount may have gone through, but contact support with screenshots of the payment to appeal.
- Unfortunately, Hipolink cannot debit this wallet due to reasons beyond our control, if the payment has failed.
What else is worth trying:
- Disable VPNs, ad blockers, and clear cookies before payment.
- Sometimes the issue may be with your browser. Try paying through the desktop version of your computer or laptop instead.
- If your payment through PayPal has previously been successful, try re-linking your PayPal account as a new payment method.
- If the problem continues, make sure the charge is from your PayPal balance. Otherwise, the system will use the linked bank account/card from which you deposited your wallet. Some banks may have restrictions on international transfers. In this case, you should contact your bank and request to remove restrictions for this transaction.
