By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before submitting your request
1. GENERAL & COMMUNICATION
1.1) Speak clear on English;
1.2) You must provide clear visual reference sheets of your character(s). If there's no reference sheets, I won't take your commission;
1.3) Describe your requirements clearly and concisely, without ambiguity.
2. THE PAYMENT
2.1) All international prices are strictly in USD ($);
2.2) Payments are accepted via "Hipolink" and "Lava" and the prices being taken from my price-list;
2.3) If you ask for an element or service that isn't listed in my price-list, I set a custom price for it;
2.4) 100% upfront payment is required after you get the detailed sketch.
*The payment method may be changed, but only by prior agreement;
2.5) If you transfer money to me before the detailed sketch is approved, it will be considered a donation that does not obligate me to fulfill your request.
2.6) If circumstances arise during the commission process that make full payment impossible, let me know about it.
3. REVISIONS
3.1) You get up to 3 rounds of major revisions during the rough sketch stage for free (changes to pose, anatomy, expressions).
Once the detailed sketch is approved, major changes to the linework or pose requested during the coloring stage will cost an extra $20–$30 per change. There's no changes during rendering.
4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
4.1) Due to technical reasons It may be not possible to make the refund!
5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
5.1) The base price grants you rights for Personal Use and Non-commerical Uses only (social media avatars, wallpapers, printing for yourself, or sharing with friends);
5.2) You must credit me as the artist when posting or using the artwork;
5.3) I retain all rights to the artwork. I reserve the right to post the finished piece, sketches, or timelapses to my social media portfolios. If you want the artwork to remain private, an extra +$40 privacy fee applies.
6. CONTENT BOUNDARIES
6.1) WILL DRAW:
Anthro / Furry (any species);
6.2) WON'T DRAW:
Extreme or too uncomfortable fetishes, ferals, robots, humans or something that I will consider as unacceptable thing
