Step 1: Discussion

1. Provide a clear and detailed reference for your character, including: 1) Reference images of the character’s design. 2) References or descriptions of the desired pose, atmosphere, emotions, and background. 2. If no character reference is provided and you request a character to be drawn based on description alone, I reserve the right to decline the order. 3. Rush orders are possible but require additional payment (to be discussed beforehand). 4. If you fail to respond within 24 hours without prior notice, I may cancel the order and retain the deposit as compensation for lost time. 5. After discussing all details, a 50% deposit is required. The deposit is refundable only if I cancel the order due to reasons beyond your control. 6. Payments can be made via Boosty or Hipolink.

Step 2: Execution, Revisions, and Timeline

1. There is no strict deadline, but I will keep you updated on the progress and estimated timelines for each stage. 2. Major revisions (e.g., changing half of the pose) are allowed only during the sketch phase. 3. All work-in-progress materials will be sent to you with watermarks to prevent theft. 4. Once the color sketch is approved, the remaining 50% payment is due.

Step 3: Completion

1. Upon completion, the final artwork will be delivered in 4K resolution in PNG format. (If you need other resolutions or formats, please specify in advance) 2. The final artwork will not include watermarks.

Additional Notes

1. I reserve the right to decline any order without explanation. 2. I may block users who demonstrate disrespectful behavior or suspicious actions that resemble scam. 3. I retain the right to publish all work-in-progress materials and the final artwork. (If you prefer the artwork not to be published or to be published with a watermark, please discuss this with me beforehand.)
