general stuff - please have decent image references on hand when ordering (i can work from descriptions too, as long as they are clear and consise). - make sure to know exactly what your request is prior to contacting me to avoid making too many changes in the process. - some elements in a commission take additional charges, feel free to ask ahead of time about anything you're unsure about. - refunds are not available. process - i will share wips at every stage of the process*; after the commission is complete, you will recieve the full resolution copy via e-mail or gdrive. - my working time depends on external factors like health, family, emergencies, personal projects, and complexity of the piece. i will let you know if anything has to be delayed, but generally the turnaround shouldn't be longer than 1 month. terms of use - i only make commissions for personal use -- feel free to do anything with it as long as you aren't re-selling it or removing my signature. credit is highly appreciated. - your commission might get posted on my social media or added to my portfolio. *process stages are as follows: 1 - thumbnails, concept/rough sketches; 2 - clean sketch/line drawing; 3 - colors and shading; 4 - final adjustments and completion
