Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (“Digital Services Act” or “DSA”), CEBC B.V. has designated legal@cebc.me as the single point of contact for direct communications with the European Commission, Member States' Authorities, the European Board for Digital Services, and HIPOLINK Platform Users in connection with the application of the DSA. English is the preferred language for communication with this point of contact.
