Instructions for Passing Hipolink Account Verification

Due to the requirements of our financial partners, who process payments on Hipolink, we are implementing mandatory account verification (KYC - “Know Your Customer/Client”). The main goal of this innovation is to enhance the security of financial transactions.

Throughout the verification process, you will receive notifications about your status via email and within the service.

You can complete verification voluntarily right after registration, even before making your first payment. This allows you to confirm your identity in advance and avoid delays in receiving your first payouts.

Verification is a mandatory step for monetization on the service, and without completing it, access to the "Earning Tools" section and receiving payments will be restricted.

IMPORTANT!

The "Private Content", "Payment Links", and "Tips" sections will only become available after verification is completed. If a user has not completed account verification, they will be able to view these features, but they will only be accessible and visible to customers after passing KYC.

To begin the account verification process, you must agree to the processing of personal data.

Step 2: Adding a Withdrawal Method

To start the account verification process, you need to add a withdrawal method.

If a withdrawal method is already added to your account, this step will be completed automatically.

Step 3: Account Data Verification

The verification procedure is simple and depends on your earnings on Hipolink. There are four verification levels, each requiring additional details about you or your business.

The verification process takes 1 to 3 business days. If we need additional information, we will contact you via the email provided during registration.

Step 4: Links to Your Social Media Profiles

Provide links to your accounts and social media platforms where you conduct your main activities, such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and others. This helps us verify your identity.

If you have already set up a multi-link in the "Builder" section and included your social media links there, simply click the button “Social media links are in my multi-link”.

The verification process takes 1 to 3 business days. We will notify you of the results in your personal account and via email. If we need additional information, we will contact you at user@yourmail.com.

Step 5: Verification Completed

Once verification is successfully completed, fund withdrawals will be available within the limits of your verification level.

If you encounter any issues at any level or if we require more information about you and your activities, you will receive a notification via email. You can also contact support for any questions.

You have reached your Verification level limit

If you have reached the income limit for your current verification level, you will need to proceed to the next level by providing additional information.

The required information must be provided within 30 days. After this period, fund withdrawals and access to other service features will be suspended until the necessary verification level is completed.

Why are not all KYC levels are available to me?

If only certain KYC levels are available to you, it means you have already exceeded the income threshold for the lower verification levels.
